Fresh filet of halibut seasoned and skillet seared. Served over a bed
of lobster saffron rice. Finished with a delicate foie gras butter sauce.
Diver Scallops
Hand selected sea scallops seared with sweet corn, green onion
batons, diced tomato and chiffonade of fresh basil. Served with
golden jewel rice.
Lobster Tail
Maine lobster tail grilled to order and finished with jalapeno lime
butter. Served with California citrus rice.
