Maine lobster tail grilled to order and finished with jalapeno lime butter. Served with California citrus rice.

Risotto Stuffed Sole

Tender filet of petrale sole stuffed with cheddar and broccoli risotto then baked and finished with a Meyer lemon chive sauce

Chilean Seabass

  • Thai marinated, grilled over a mesquite flame and served atop a bed of cilantro soba noodles with a roasted red pepper broth.
  • Marinated in a cilantro ginger miso marinade, wrapped in banana leaves then grilled over a mesquite flame, served with purple Thai rice.
