Oven Baked Frittata Layers of farm fresh eggs, assorted cheese and the following fillings baked into a fluffy masterpiece. Includes potatoes O’Brien and seasonal fresh fruit.

• Vegetarian
  Rustic vegetables including Roma tomatoes, zucchini, black olives, sweet onion, artichoke hearts and fresh spinach finished with a hearty marinara sauce and topped with shredded whole milk mozzarella.

Traditional, Brioche or Cinnamon Raisin Swirl dipped in our rich egg batter and griddled to perfection. Served with Vermont maple syrup, whipped butter, fresh fruit preserves and seasonal fruit garnish. Includes your choice of bacon or breakfast sausage links.

Early Bird Breakfast
Scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, Potatoes O’Brien and fresh fruit garnish.

Egg substitute available by request on any of the above.
