Strips of grilled breast of chicken or Angus sirloin atop a bed of chopped, farm fresh romaine tossed in a creamy Caesar dressing and finished with shredded parmesan cheese and garlic croutons. Served with rolls and butter.

Chilled Spinach and Salmon Salad
Asian marinated, mesquite grilled filet of salmon is served atop tender baby spinach, toasted almonds, and chili rice crackers tossed with a soy wasabe vinaigrette. Served with rolls and butter.

Executive Chef Salad
Traditional favorite includes tavern ham, roasted turkey, Swiss and cheddar cheeses, and hard cooked egg tossed with fresh greens and served with Thousand Island dressing. Served with rolls and butter.

Crab & Shrimp Louis
Chilled seafood is served with asparagus, hard cooked egg, artichoke hearts, and fresh vegetable garnish tossed with fresh cut greens and served with our homemade Louis dressing. Served with rolls and butter.

Grilled Ivy Salad
A veritable garden of grilled fresh vegetables, to include zucchini and crookneck squash, sweet corn, red bell pepper, asparagus spears and green onions on a bed of crisp field greens. Finished with a honey-lime dressing.

Emerald Shrimp Salad
A trio of grilled tiger shrimp atop a bed of butter lettuce that has been tossed with spiced macadamia nuts, diced red bell pepper, diced pineapple and finished with a citrus herb vinaigrette.

Italian Antipastp Salad
Julienne of Genoa salami, mortadella and provolone cheeses are combined with a duo of bell pepper, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, kidney and garbanzo beans. Served with red wine herb vinaigrette.
