Norwegian Jarlsberg, herbed chevre,
imported Brie, with oven-dried marinated red and yellow tomatoes.
Garnish of fresh and dried fruit, crackers, and bread sticks.

Rosemary skewered diver scallops, house cured salmon, sweet
poached jumbo shrimp,sweet Maine lobster tail and Alaskan jumbo king crab claws. Accompanied
with Thai aioli, cocktail sauce, and herbed garlic breadsticks.
Fruit
Seasons best cantaloupe, honey dew melon, sun-sweet pineapple
peeled kiwis, mango, navel oranges, and fresh berries served with
raspberry melba dipping sauce.
