Semi-boneless breast of chicken stuffed with turkey, spinach and
portobello mushrooms. Topped with a ponzu and honey glaze.
Served with sweet potato garlic mashed potatoes.

Boneless breast of chicken marinated in fresh fruit juices and
cilantro, then mesquite grilled. Served with a refreshing papaya
salsa. Served with egg fried rice.
